It started quietly — not in boardrooms or strategy meetings — but in prayer meetings, street corners, and small gatherings during the Jesus People Movement of the late 1960s. God was stirring hearts. Young men and women were being saved, discipled, and sent to share the gospel. Churches began to form, leaders were raised, and what felt like a moment soon became a movement.
Over time, that same simple pattern — preach the gospel, make disciples, plant churches — has spread far beyond America. Today, men and women are pastoring, pioneering, and serving Jesus in more than 140 nations.
